MAKIING A BOOKING

Beauty by Bethany Paige is an appointment only salon. The fastest way to secure you appointment is through our online booking system. You are also welcome to text or call us on 0487563078. Confirmation texts are sent 48hrs prior to appointments. we please ask you reply YES or NO to secure your upcoming treatment. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

At BBBP we value your time and ours. To provide all clients with the highest quality of service and availability we kindly ask that you respect our cancellation policy which requires at least 24hrs notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of any appointment. Cancellations made within the 24hrs will result in a $30 late cancellation fee. Same day and no show cancellations will be charged 100% of the service amount.

If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a same day cancellation.

CHILDREN/PETS 

To maintain a safe, serene and professional environment for both our clients and technicians BBBP has a no children and no pet policy.

REFUNDS 

At BBBP we take pride in providing high quality beauty services. We strive for complete client satisfaction and our team are highly trained to ensure everyone leaves feeling confident and cared for. However due to the nature of our services we have a 'No refunds' policy. If you are dissatisfied with a service please notify us within 48hrs where we will happily schedule a complimentary adjustment within 7 days. 

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE 

At Beauty by Bethany Paige our mission is to create a safe, professional and welcoming environment for all clients and staff. To maintain the integrity of our services and the well-being of everyone in our space, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of drugs or alcohol and/or rude or inaproppriate behaviour. Also anyone who violates policies, with repeated no shows or late cancellations or a service request beyond our scope of practise that may compromise health, safety or sanitation standards.
