About Beauty by Bethany Paige

Our Story

Beauty by Bethany Paige was founded in 2015 while I was completing my Diploma of Beauty Therapy. What began as a passion quickly became my world, and over the past decade I’ve poured my heart, dedication and countless late nights into building the business it is today.

After finishing school in 2013, I spent time travelling before returning home with plans to pursue university. But my love for beauty had other ideas. What started as a side hustle — working out of my parents’ spare bedroom while juggling multiple jobs — quickly gained momentum. Before I knew it, Beauty by Bethany Paige had grown into a full-time business, operating six days a week and continuing to evolve year after year.

Through hands-on experience across all areas of the beauty industry, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for quality, education and creating an environment where people feel genuinely welcome. Lashing, in particular, became a true passion — not just for the artistry involved, but for the confidence it gives clients and the opportunities it creates for those entering the industry.

Today, Beauty by Bethany Paige is a family-owned Adelaide beauty studio offering expert beauty services, professional training and carefully selected products for beauty professionals. Education has become a core part of the business, with courses designed to equip students with real-world skills, confidence and a strong foundation to start or grow their own careers.

At the heart of everything we do is connection. I believe beauty should feel supportive, inclusive and empowering — whether you’re sitting in the treatment chair, learning in one of our courses, or building your business with quality supplies.

Beauty by Bethany Paige exists to create an environment where clients, students and staff feel comfortable, valued and excited to be part of the journey.

    FOUNDER

    The owner and lead artist behind Beauty by Bethany Paige, a qualified beautician with over 1-0 years of industry experience, offering the full range of treatments within the salon. From lashes and brows to advanced beauty services, priding herself on delivering high-quality results while creating a welcoming, reflex experience

    Alongside working in the salon, Paige is also an international lash masters educator, providing both in person and online lash courses, for artists at all stages of their journey. Education is a huge passion of hers as she loves helping others grow their confidence, skills and careers within the beauty industry.

    Elaine

    LASH TECHNICIAN

    E is one of our senior lash technicians bringing over 7 years of experience in lash extensions to the salon. Known as the mum of the salon, she's the one who keeps everyone laughing and feeling right at home. With a sharp eye for detail E takes the time to tailor every set to suit each client perfectly.

    Her sessions are relaxed, fun and welcoming - expect great lashes and a good laugh along the way.

    Paris

    LASH TECHNICIAN

    Paris is one of our talented lash technicians and our go-to lash lift + tint specialist, with over 6 years of experience in the beauty industry. She's known around the salon for her advice giving - combining her background in psychology with her natural ability to make every client feel completely comfortable and understood.

    Paris has a knack for delivering beautifully tailored results while also keeping the appointment light, fun and full of laughs. Whether your after expert lashes, great conversation or genuinely thoughtful advice, appointments with paris always feel like a little therapy session (with amazing lashes to match)

    Zaidee

    SPRAY TAN TECHNICIAN

    One of the beautiful rising talents inside the salon — and someone you’re going to adore.

    Zaidee is a qualified spray tan technician, already known for creating flawless, natural-looking bronzed results that leave you glowing (without the streak stress).

    And she’s not stopping there…

    She’s currently completing her Cert III in Beauty, which means she’s constantly learning, refining, and bringing fresh skills and modern techniques straight into the salon. You’re not just booking with someone “in training.” You’re booking with someone who is actively investing in becoming exceptional.

    She’s super lovely, easy to talk to, and has that calm, welcoming energy that instantly makes you feel comfortable. The kind of therapist who genuinely listens, takes her time, and wants you walking out feeling confident.

    With over 5 years of hands-on industry experience, Sammie specialises in all things lashes and brows — from perfectly mapped extensions to beautifully sculpted, face-framing brows that completely transform your look.
